He kept me informed on our progress and was very respectful and courteous. He did a great job on our tankless water heater install and even informed us of a rebate from the gas company. Outstanding service from the minute I contacted them to the finished product. Chris (tech) was Polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time, provided a diagnosis and cleared the shower drain all within 45 minutes. This is an excellent company with trustworthy employees and reasonable prices.
